What is a therapy intensive & is it right for me?

Therapy intensives are an excellent choice for those who may need to process a significant amount of trauma, difficult life events, or just generally prefer having longer sessions to really feel submerged in therapy. Sometimes at the end of a 50 minute session, it can feel like you’ve only just begun and would like the option to have more time, more space, more flexibility with your own therapy needs.

How much are therapy intensives?

I find these to be a flexible option for those interested, offering as much time as needed, for as many sessions as you need to extend. My current session fee is $175 per 50 minute session, and intensives can run for any duration of time extending past that. We can discuss specifics of what you want and have time caps to ensure you stay within a financial range that works for you.
